Hearing recommend a friend

At M&S Opticians, we appreciate personal recommendations as they help us extend our expert services to more people and help your friends and family hear more clearly. A full hearing assessment with our Hearing Aid Audiologist is free of charge and can help make sure you don’t miss out on life’s magical moments.

After you have experienced our hearing service first hand, we would really love it if you could spread the word with your friends and family. In return, if someone you recommend purchases private hearing aids from us, we will send you a voucher for £50 to spend in store.

Recommending is simple, to recommend someone to us all you need to do is complete our refer a friend form available in store.

Terms and conditions

  • To qualify to recommend a friend, you will first need to be a hearing aid customer with M&S Opticians. You will be given a recommend friend form, where you should fill in your details and give it to your friend or family member to bring to their appointment. If they require hearing aids and purchase them from us, we will send you a £50 voucher for M&S to thank you for your recommendation
  • This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
  • No cash alternative is available. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or packages
  • It is not available to employees of M&S Opticians, their immediate family members, or people living at the same address
  • Recommended customers must be purchasing hearing aids to receive a voucher
