Professional services (ophthalmic & dispensing services) are provided by Owl Optical Limited, on behalf of M&S Opticians, and are exempt from VAT. Optical and hearing products are provided by SATHC Products Ltd and include VAT at the standard rate.

All Hearing Aid Audiologists are employed by Owl Optical Limited and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
