Your glasses should arrive up to 7 days after your purchase.
What is PD and how do I measure it?
Pupillary distance (PD) is the measurement between your two pupils, it's measured in millimetres. Find out how to measure your PD here.
I don't have my prescription?
To purchase glasses online you'll need a prescription dated within the past 2 years. You can get a copy of your prescription from your opticians, simply give them a call. Or if you don't have a prescription dated within the past 2 years, you'll need to get your eyes tested. Book an appointment at your local M&S Opticians here.
My glasses have arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your glasses are damaged on arrival please give our customer care team a call on 0330 135 5330. You will need your order number and the card you paid with on to hand.
