Offer entitles one adult to a half price eye test when they book in their child for an NHS eye test.
Half price private eye test will be provided where customer is not entitled to an NHS eye test, if customer is entitled to an NHS eye test, this will be provided instead.
Customers can claim their voucher when their child has an eye test by 7th September 2023, and once claimed their voucher can be redeemed until 31st September 2023.
This offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged and their is no cash alternative.
