The M&S store is located in the Hedge End Retail Park, directly off junction 7 of the M27 on the A334 Charles Watts Way.
The opticians is located on the first floor near to the Café and M&S Home.
Parking 
There is large car park at the front of the store, which is free for up to 4 hours.
Train 
M&S Hedge End is a 6 minute drive and 30 minute walk from Hedge End train station.
Bus 
There are two regular bus services to the Hedge End Superstore, the 3 Bluestar and 8 City Red.

I felt so at ease and calm with optician. She spoke to me very clearly as I am deaf and I lip read. I am also disabled, I am in a wheelchair. The lady and my daughter helped me out so I could sit on the chair.
I contacted the store first to see how much it would likely cost and Anita was fantastic. She also helped me after my appointment. Eventually assisted by Heidi & Caitlin as I couldn't make my mind up, even Sara (the manager) got involved removing lenses from frames so I could get an idea of lens thickness. think there are a fantastic team.
