Catherine Gillam was wonderful. I was distressed after my cataract operation and I couldn't imagine feeling okay about my sight again. She listened, reassured me and showed me how to manage my condition. I know my new glasses will give me my life back. She was so kind and displayed such empathy. I literally cried with relief.
