The M&S store is located on The Willows retail park just off the A3022, Riviera Way.
M&S Opticians can be found on the first floor by the café.

Having worn glasses since I was 8, I have used several opticians some good others not so good. Visiting the new M&S Opticians, I was impressed. The choice of frames was extensive and my new frames are brilliant. Staff are lovely and deserve a pat on the back.

Catherine Gillam was wonderful. I was distressed after my cataract operation and I couldn't imagine feeling okay about my sight again. She listened, reassured me and showed me how to manage my condition. I know my new glasses will give me my life back. She was so kind and displayed such empathy. I literally cried with relief.
