I did not go into the M&S store to buy glasses, I was shopping in and did not know they had an Optician. I was served by Hanna and she helped me pick a pair of glasses, she was like a friend giving her opinion on how the glasses looked. Hanna also explained driving lenses.
Your staff at the Bromley store are a credit to you. Sara was amazing. Professional, thorough, personable and charming. I needed glasses and ended up with two pairs. Cannot recommend your services more highly.
