After a bad experience with a large optical chain, M&S Opticians is refreshing change. Staff are all so friendly, polite and professional. They are a credit to their profession. They also give you time at all stages of the process which no one else does. Thank you all.
My eye test was in October 2023, I did not require new glasses at this point, and however I was aware I needed new sunglasses. I returned to the Norwich store and have now ordered sunglasses. I experienced the same high standard of service as when I had my eye test.
