M&S Opticians is situated on the 2nd floor of the store next to the café.

The service from your Manchester team is A*. They let me browse through umpteen pairs of frames and gave me useful, but not pushy advice - and didn't make me feel pressured. Technical staff who carried out various examinations were excellent.
The lady there, Shital, is EXCEPTIONAL.

I wanted to purchase sunglasses as I'm recovering from a cataract operation. I visited boots twice due to their vast range of sunglasses however the staff didn't even acknwledge me. At M&S Opticians I was approached immediately by Antonio who was very helpful and friendly. He took his time to help me, even though i wasn't spending a great deal. Very impressed with your staff and Antonio in particular.
The staff in High Wycombe were very polite and professional. It also came across they cared rather than just after your bank card, highly satisfied, M&S Opticians should be very proud of their staff. I would like to say a big well done.

I just wanted to get in touch to mention the fantastic experience I had in the Manchester store today. I had decided a while ago to move to a new opticians because the service I was experiencing with my former optician was so poor. I wish I had moved sooner. The staff were all so friendly and helpful in finding me the perfect new frames. The whole team in Manchester is fantastic and has restored my faith that great customer service does still exist on the high street!
