Excellent support given when choosing frames - the optom fitted daily disposable contact lenses so that I could see more clearly what the frames looked like when trying them on. It made such a difference - fab service.

I just wanted to give some quick feedback regarding your M&S opticians team in the Exeter branch. I moved my eye care to the branch when they very first opened as I had been unhappy with my previous eye care provider. Holly, Harry, Claire and the team were welcoming and efficient and gave a five star service which I fed back to you at the time. The team have maintained this in my subsequent visits, polite, friendly and always prepared to go above and beyond to ensure that my eye care needs are met: for example, ensuring that I had an adequate supply of lenses to cover me for a recent holiday when my order had been placed a bit late and failed to come in on time. A super team who encourage customer loyalty who I have no hesitation in recommending to others. Well done and thank you.
The service in the Exeter store was recommended to me and when I turned ups they did not disappoint. First of all the welcome from all the staff could not be more friendly - it's as if you are a member of their family. They also squeezed me in for an appointment, gave me an initial screen and then the audiologist saw me within 5 minutes. They were informative and helpful and the advice they gave me was informed and helpful. This is a first rate team and M&S Opticians should be proud of them!
Friendly welcome, seen promptly and on time. Several test, some of which I had not had previously, it was explained to me what will happen and what it is for, no extra fee. The optometrist was very thorough, identified an issue which has now been resolved with the correct lens prescription. The team where all caring, helpful and professional treating me as an individual and worked well together. A special mention to Caitlin who guided me through the process and was very helpful (and patience) when it came to selecting frame which were a reasonable price. I highly recommend this opticians and I won't be going anyway else now.
