Where to find us
The M&S store is located in the Castlepoint shopping centre in-between H&M and New Look.
M&S Opticians can be found on the 2nd floor, next to the Menswear department.
Parking 
There are 3000 free car parking spaces at the centre with designated disabled bays on both levels and wider parent and child spaces at ground level.
Train 
Bournemouth and Pokesdown train stations are both a 10 minute drive to the shopping centre.
Bus 
There are Bus Stops situated on Hamblin Way, the one opposite Frankie and Benny's and Nando's, adjacent to Shopmobility is Wilts and Dorset with direct links to Bournemouth Town Centre.

I’ve just completed the feedback survey in relation to mum's appointment at Bournemouth Castlepoint store on Saturday 30th October. I was surprised to discover there was no 'tell us more!' type box, as I was really keen to tell you how good each member of your team was. Mum's in a wheelchair and it's the first time we've had to navigate an optician appointment this way. Your team were amazing ... from Albi on reception who remembered us from the 2 weeks previously when we booked, to Danny who was super careful manoeuvring furniture in the small room so we get mum from the wheelchair to the optometrist chair and who very carefully tested mum and explained certain things she'd experienced, to Edmir who helped mum choose lovely frames and carefully worked out the measurements, keeping her amused at the same time, to Jelena who let me pick up mum's reading glasses without me having to bring mum into the store, offering to fit them when we collect the varifocals. Very impressed!
