About the role

As part of M&S Opticians wider team, we have a number of roles that are vital to the smooth running and development of M&S Opticians going forward.

These support roles cover areas such as training, operations, office support, customer services and marketing, and depending on the role, they can be based in Chesterfield, Birmingham or be fully mobile.

The main purpose of these roles is to support our M&S Opticians colleagues in store to deliver a range of high quality services against a set sales budget and help them achieve their potential at individual store level. Whether that be providing training to ensure the teams give the best customer service on the high street or supporting our recruitment plans to ensure that we have remarkable people in our stores.

About you

Our support teams are open, innovative, collaborative and always focused on doing the right for our customers and colleagues. Whatever the role, you need to have strong communications skills, a can-do attitude and be hardworking and motivated. We want colleagues that are passionate about creating the best opticians and hearing care experience on the high street and who want to join us the M&S Opticians journey.
