Managing an M&S department will be the ultimate test of your retail talents. As an M&S Optician manager, you will be the force driving the progress, setting standards, inspiring staff and leading by example. A large proportion of this job is focused around building and maintaining relationships with not only customers and your team members, but with the wider M&S store team.
You’ll ensure everyone within your team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to reach their goals and to inspire them to provide the excellent customer service that our business is built upon. This will leave you free to concentrate on what matters most – delivering the highest standards of professionalism and growing a successful customer focused business.
This role will require you to have a strong verbal and written communication skills, experience managing people and developing relationships, enthusiasm and willingness to learn and motivate a team, as well as exceptional customer service skills.
